All venues have distinct designs. ees works with each client and the facilities CAD floor plan layouts to ensure an accurate and well-designed floor plan.
REGISTRATION
Most likely when attendees and exhibitors arrive, your Registration area will be their first impression of your event. ees will work with you to create a good first impression with your branding and quality modular units and furnishings. All of this to be functionally designed to your specifications.
CUSTOM GRAPHICS
Our Graphics Department will work with your graphics designers OR create designs based on your needs. From various size signs, to floor stickers, large format banners and Entrance treatments. Everything will be customized to your specifications by an experienced and talented staff.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & ONLINE ORDERING
ees and their partners provide secure online ordering to your exhibitors 24 hours a day, but we understand that planning for an event can be confusing. Our Customer Service Representatives make the process easy with extensive knowledge and a willingness to make the process a pleasant, friendly experience for your vendors.
DRAYAGE/FREIGHT HANDLING
ees provides drayage services at all of our shows nationwide, with 30 days advance warehousing, delivery to vendor booths, storing of empty containers and returning to the booth at close of show. Our onsite Service Desk and experienced staff will have Bill of ladings, labels and information on shipping out of the show.
